*QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Must be registered OR licensed with the State of Minnesota as a RN or LPN and must maintain a current and unrestricted licensure.
* Must have a valid driver’s license, if needed to drive.
* At least 3 years’ experience in related field.
* Must be able to sit; use hands to manipulate objects, tools, controls; reach with hands and arms, talk; and hear
* Must be able to lift 20lbs.
* Must be able to pass a criminal and/or abuse background check, and drug screening

This position will ensure that the health care needs of all residents are met. The RN/LPN will work with the Director of Nursing to ensure that staff are trained and policies are current and up to date. The RN/LPN will assist the Director of Nursing with planning, coordinating, and managing the resident services and act within regulations. The RN/LPN is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and monitoring of homecare service delivery under the direction of the Director or Nursing.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
