Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for hybrid workers that can serve at our resturant, work offsite and onsite events, we have numerous diverse opportunities within our company to generate revenue. Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation methods

- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or requests promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Process payments and provide accurate change

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining tables, counters, and server stations

- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Skills:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures

- Familiarity with banquet or hotel service is a plus

- Basic culinary knowledge is beneficial

- Exceptional guest relations skills

- Ability to work well within a team
