Position Overview:
As the Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our bar operations, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for managing inventory, developing innovative beverage programs, and leading a team of bartenders to deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Develop and implement creative and seasonal beverage menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Train and mentor bartenders to ensure they deliver exceptional service and uphold our company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Monitor and control costs, including inventory, labor, and wastage, to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality beverages.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in bar management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
Experience in hospitality management or a related field.

$18-$20 Tips and Bonus base on experience.
Weekends and evenings a must. Must have reliable transportation.
