Our office provides bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, weight loss and medical spa services to the Brentwood, Franklin/Cool Springs, and Nashville area. At our Med Spa, we offer dermal fillers and neurotoxins, PRP therapies, and an array of laser therapy services including laser hair removal, sexual rejuvenation, fat reduction, etc.

We are looking to add a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner | aesthetic Nurse Practitioner | NP Injector to our practice for approximately 16-20 hours per week on Mondays & Tuesdays. This role will involve providing patient care regarding Women’s Health, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and cosmetic appointments.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments and services – including Dysport, fillers, and laser procedures.
• Perform medical treatments and services – including new patient physicals and histories, HRT pellet implants, weight loss consultations, prescription refills, and women’s health appointments including pap smears.
• Effectively inform / educate patients about our treatment / service offerings.
• Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a customized treatment plan.
• Maintain knowledge of available cosmetic procedures.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, and services, as well as programs, promotions and / or discounts available.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Handle client questions and concerns professional and courteously.
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all client requests.
• Accurately record client treatments in electronic medical records systems.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
• Training – attend and participate in all training and staff meetings for the spa, including all aesthetic and product service training.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Tennessee
• Ability to work occasional 3rdor 4thday a week for provider coverage, PRN
• Understand the need for discretion and confidentiality in patient matters
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialize in Women’s Health (WHNP) preferred
• 1 year of medical spa / aesthetic medicine experience preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 18 per week
