We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Dietary Manager to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. The Dietary Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the foodservice department, according to facility policy and procedures and federal/ state regulations. The Dietary Manager will assist the Certifed Dietary Manager by providing guidance to ensure that food quality, safety standards, and client expectations are satisfactorily met. Assist with Maintaining records of department personnel, income and expenditures, food, supplies, inventory levels, and equipment.

You Will Need

2 years experience in foodservice management.
