Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Austin, TX for a Home Attendant at Acara Healthcare. As a Home Attendant, you would be responsible for providing high-quality in-home care services to our patients.

You will work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of our patients.

Your duties may include assistance with personal care tasks, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a healthcare or home care setting is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Basic knowledge of personal care tasks and household chores
• Compassionate and caring nature
• High school diploma or equivalent
