Who we are looking for :

An ideal candidate will have at least two years of previous service, installation and / or project management experience in the commercial electronic security industry, including : Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intercom, and Intrusion Systems.

Candidates with a background in a parallel industry such as IT / networking, electrical controls, HVAC, robotics, etc. are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

• Programming access control, CCTV, and parking control systems
• Installing and / or troubleshooting field equipment (card readers, cameras, burglar alarms, control panels, etc.)
• Project planning
• Directing and managing onsite subcontractors
• Complete projects within budgeted costs and time schedules
• Fully test systems (quality assurance) and gain final project acceptance by the customer
• Complete end-user training maximize customer satisfaction
• Perform all duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner

Skills :

• Solid understanding of computer software fundamentals, electronic hardware, low voltage system wiring, and relays / relay logic
• High level of mechanical aptitude
• Strong communication skills. Focused on keeping everyone informed.
• Team player with a positive, "can do" attitude and the ability to coordinate the efforts of others.
• Strong analytical skills necessary to solve complex problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word.

Pay : $18.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
