The salary range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour based upon store location plus tips. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location.

• Strong background in guest services in a fast-paced environment
• An eye and passion for color and all things artistry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable working in a front of and with the guest throughout the entire experience
• Physically able to meet the demands of the job including the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, lift to 30 lbs, including the ability to kneel and squat.

• Provide a unique and entertaining guest experience from beginning to end; confirming reservations, welcoming guests, completing reservations, encouraging guests to capture moments and share on social media.
• Work closely with store manager and the rest of the team to ensure a positive work environment
• Emulate Lip Lab brand DNA and culture
• Naturally add on product during services to grow basket size

• Follow all standards, operating practices and GMP (good manufacturing process) guidelines

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Color Expert to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Color Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expertise in assisting customers with their color selection needs. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for sales and enjoy working with customers to achieve their desired results.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect colors for their projects, whether it be for home decor, fashion, or other creative endeavors
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance based on customers' preferences and requirements
- Conduct product demos to showcase the quality and versatility of our color products
- Utilize your knowledge of color theory and trends to offer expert advice to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking merchandise as needed
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English
- Knowledge of color theory and trends is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and operating cash registers
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
