Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting Professional with attention to detail and a winning attitude. The ideal candidate should be able to multitask while keeping up multiple schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Daily deposit and cash account reconciliations
• Close and update service repair orders and internal parts tickets
• Submit PDI claims and input PDI payment invoices from the manufacturer
• Input parts payable invoices, sublet invoices, or other charge account invoices
• Print and send out A/R statements to charge customers and be able to receipt payments to the charge accounts as necessary.
• Process bill payments for fid and semi fixed expenses by credit card, ACH, ro check and make necessary entries in Accounting
• Post any and all invoices from the manufacturer for the Balance Forward
• Enter vehicle invoices into Accounting
• Employee Referral program payments and spiff cash distributions
• Accounting adjustments and journal entries and basic interstores accounting procedures
