**Job Summary:** We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide exceptional customer service. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette - Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing - Provide general clerical support to all departments - Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Utilize office equipment including printers, copiers, and fax machines **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role - Strong communication skills and a polite demeanor - Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Suite - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Knowledge of basic office management procedures - Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations - Customer-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment.
