**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Supervisor to oversee our laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques, Microbioligy, Molecular, and blood testing. This is a Full time on-site position.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and oversee daily lab operations.
- Oversee diagnostic testing performance and ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
- Maintain quality control of all laboratory testing to guarantee accuracy of patient results.
- Perform regular audits of laboratory procedures and documentation to combat errors in testing.
- Lead and mentor a team of laboratory staff.
- Offer training and guidance for troubleshooting/training in all areas of laboratory testing.
- Perform inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory regulatory agencies (i.e. COLA, CLIA, OSHA).
- Oversee and maintain all workforce safety, machine maintenance/calibration, and staff training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements within the laboratory.
- Identify opportunities to enhance lab processes to increase lab efficiency.
