Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, a Pest Control background is very helpful but not needed and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product and pest control knowledge, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their pest problems

- Provide product information and demonstrate how to use it

- Assist customers with product selection and offer personalized recommendations

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

- Keep the store clean, organized, and properly stocked

- Conduct inventory counts as required

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:

- Previous experience in pest control, technical sales, or retail sales is preferred

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Ability to stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards

- Proven track record in achieving sales goals

- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy store environment

- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, taxes, and change
