Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Team Leadership: Lead our team of professionals, fostering a culture of productivity, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
Financial Stewardship: Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth. Implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.

Qualifications:
Proven experience within our industry, preferably having worked up to an executive role.
