We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Generation Specialist to join our team. We are an elite commercial cleaning company that focuses on cleaning up locations after their construction so they are ready for the public.

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our business. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you! This will start as a short-term part-time project with the opportunity to grow into a full-time contracted position. You must be familiar with the Houston region.

Base pay 40k-45k plus commission

Responsibilities:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (email, phone, social media) to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our products/services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Own mode of transportation
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to understand customer needs and present solutions
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Money-driven individual who works for results and earns their commission
- Must be familiar with the Houston, TX region

There is a base budget rate plus a competitive commission.
