Wallaby Windows is seeking a temporary Part-time Brand Ambassador for the Summer who can drive leads through local door to door promotion initiatives. This individual will have responsibility for generating appointments for window, door, and siding installation projects with the goal of increasing our brand awareness in Middle Tennessee.
The Brand Ambassador will visit local neighborhoods to canvas for leads, engage with homeowners interested in scheduling an appointment, and to leave door hangers if the homeowner is unavailable. The Brand Ambassador may also assist other awareness campaigns including local events, home shows, etc. This role will be heavily incentive based, with a nominal hourly rate plus incentives for appointments booked.
The ideal candidate will be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and who is humble, competitive, and possesses the highest degree of integrity. Though sales experience is helpful, customer service experience is ideal.
Wallaby Windows is a home services contractor providing high-quality replacement window, door, and siding products and installation services to homeowners, contractors, and property owners.
Compensation:
$12/hr base to start
$25 for every appointment booked
Additional bonuses paid for every job sold
Shift / Schedule:
10 to 20 hours per week
Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 6:00PM (either AM or PM shift available)
Option to move to Part-time or Full-time sales role for highly skilled closers
Required Skills / Abilities:
Infectious personality with the ability to instill trust and build rapport
Go-getter who enjoys a challenge and is hungry to grow our brand awareness
Ability to create leads by canvassing and networking
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and utilize technology throughout the process
Licenses and Requirements:
Valid TN Drivers License required
Access to and ability to utilize personal vehicle to travel to and from sites
Duties / Responsibilities:
Follow the Wallaby Windows ‘Pane-Free’ sales process
Travel to residential, commercial, and industrial sites within territory to canvas area and sign up customers for a free in-home consultation for our window, door, and siding services
Educate customers on the various products we sell and install
Guide customers through process so that they know what to expect
Canvas neighborhoods with door hangers for those not available, setup yard signs in high traffic areas
Participate in other business development activities, home shows, and community events
Visit local vendor offices, build relationships, and leave informational flyers/brochures
Contribute to additional Lead generation and data input into CRM
Perform other related duties as required
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED preferred (completed or in progress)
1 to 3 years customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting
Must be able to access and navigate the jobsite
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
