Average work schedule: Monday-Friday; 7 - 5:30pm. Sometimes no work on Friday, but also, there may be Saturday work if we are trying to stay on schedule

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards
- Review and interpret project plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Prepare and maintain project documentation

Skills:

- Experience in construction management
- Proficiency in Prolog, Primavera, and Bluebeam software
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating
- Ability to build and manage project schedules
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Excellent supervisory skills
