• Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, as needed, to ensure their safety and comfort.

• Companionship: Foster a supportive and caring environment through companionship, engaging in conversation, and participating in recreational activities with clients.

• Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing, to maintain a safe and comfortable living space for clients.

• Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates on the client's condition and respond to any specific care needs.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a state-approved home health aide training program
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the evolving needs of clients.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• TB test preferred.

Physical Requirements: The Home Health Aide Caregiver position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move clients, as well as perform physical tasks associated with personal care and housekeeping. This position may involve standing, walking, bending, and occasional exposure to cleaning agents.
