The Attic Self Storage is a small business in Killeen, TX. We are professional and offer a variety of services to our community. Those services include: Storage Rentals, Penske Rentals, UPS Access Point Services, Copy & Notary Services, and Moving & Storage Supplies.

The right candidate will have a cheerful disposition when working with the public and co-workers, while understanding the balance of customer satisfaction and productivity.

Teamwork is as important as being able to work alone or with little direction. This person needs to possess a good driving record. Experience with larger vehicles is preferable however, we are willing to train someone who presents well in other areas.

Must be able to assist with all services that are offered (excluding notary services unless trained & certified).

Requirements:

• Be able to communicate clearly and accurately with our customers in a professional capacity.
• Demonstrate the physical ability to perform tasks in TX weather in order to show customers units, prepare or receive trucks, and perform cleaning & maintenance as needed.
• Must have office skills such as basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills coupled with the ability to be trained to run our customer support computer software programs.
• Have experience in sales or be willing to learn.
• A clean criminal background and excellent employment history (reference checks are required).
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Be looking for long term employment.

Starting wage is $11 per hour for the first 90 days (probation period) then rate could be increased to $11.50 per hour if the person has shown proficiency in the areas expected.

Salary: $11.00 - $11.50 per hour bonuses
