Our financial firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Financial Clerk. This is a temp-to-hire position, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs. This is an excellent opening for a high school student or recent graduate interested in finance to gain practical experience and potentially start in the industry.
Responsibilities
•Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
•Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate client information in our database.
•Prepare, follow-up and distribute client reports and other materials.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
•Provide general support to Agents and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework in finance or related field preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
•Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
