Strength and Conditioning Coach
The primary responsibility of the Strength & Conditioning Coach is to facilitate a program that provides strength and conditioning training to student-athletes in grades 6-12. The Strength & Conditioning Coach will design and implement a full-scale fitness program. The Strength & Conditioning Coach will assist in developing nutritional intake, exercise routines, exercise supervision, tracking athlete progress, and adjusting exercise plans accordingly. The Strength & Conditioning Coach will report directly to the Athletic Director and Principal.
The responsibilities of the Strength & Conditioning Coach shall include, but not be limited to the following:
