Landmark Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a dietary aide. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, current food handler’s permit, experience as a dietary aide and ability to work as part of our dietary team.

Dietary Aide/Dishwasher

This position reports directly to the Dietary Manager. It requires someone who is comfortable in a professional kitchen setting and capable of performing the following job duties:

• Working on tray line during meal service; may include taking resident orders for meal preferences
• Producing Quality and pleasant side dishes and desserts according to standardized recipes
• Stocking nutritional supply areas for snacks and supplements
• General cleaning up of kitchen per established cleaning checklist
• Machine and Hand washing and sanitizing of pot and pans
• Keeps equipment and workstations clean and sanitary; handles food and utensils in a sanitary manner
• Takes all necessary steps to eliminate contamination and adheres to all food and safety standards and policies on sanitation and food handling
• Cooperates with co-workers in providing quality food service
• Washing dishes & helping keep the kitchen clean

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
