The Kentucky Democratic Party’s Coordinated Campaign is hiring Field Organizers (FOs) for the 2023 general election cycle. We are looking for passionate, hardworking organizers committed to building a persuasion and turnout operation that will power Democrats to victory up and down the ballot in 2023, including reelecting Governor Andy Beshear. Field Organizers are responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and engaging in direct voter contact. The chosen candidates will be responsible for meeting goals and delivering the margin of victory in their region and will directly report to their Regional Field Director.

This position is full time through the 2023 General Election and will require relocation to and in-person work in an assigned region within Kentucky. This is a bargaining unit position and is represented by Local 369 of IBEW.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $17, and overtime is paid at an hourly rate of $25.50. The Field Organizer position cannot be required to work more than 65 hours per week through the end of October. Hours will increase as we approach election day. All full-time employees are eligible for 100% employer-paid health insurance. Field Organizers will also receive a monthly cell phone stipend of $75 and a travel stipend of $130.
