HIRING FOR – Lube Technician

Reports To – Service Manager

We Need Your Talents!– The G1 Group is a growing automotive group recruiting a motivated Lube Technician. The successful candidate believes in our mission and shares our core values.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs maintenance on customer vehicles including oil changes, filters, wiper blades and other fluids.
• Check vehicle tires and test air pressure.
• Perform vehicle inspections and document work performed.
• Ensure fixed right first time and total customer satisfaction.
• Perform all work efficiently and effectively to dealer and manufacturers standards.
• Document all work performed and recommend additional repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Assist technicians as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Reasonable knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Previous automotive experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION

• $14 - $20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
