JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Retail Store Managers lead by example through fair delegation and hands-on work in every store area. They demonstrate a commitment to friendly customer service and team work. They show integrity, following company guidelines in letter and spirit. They are ultimately responsible for store sales and hold associates and self accountable for meeting company goal, treating all staff with respect and fairness. They show integrity and resourcefulness and enjoy a varied and very fast-paced environment.
Managers will be responsible for the following duties:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Requires two to three years of management or assistant management experience having cash control responsibility.
HOURS: Stores are open M-Sat from 9am-8pm and open at 1pm on Sundays
