United Wellness Center is currently seeking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that can execute this job productively, a candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. See requirements listed below:
- Provide supervision to RBT’s.
- Create a client’s behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA.
- Train each staff member on their client’s specific behavior treatment plan.
- Modify/update client’s programs that are not making progress or that the client has mastered.
- Conduct intakes/assessments & reassessments and every 6 months, thereafter.
- Monitor the behavior plan throughout the treatment period, in accordance with the child’s progression.
- Perform (FBA’s) Functional Behavior Assessments as needed.
- Provide parent/caretaker training.
- Assist with any clinical needs as occur.

Pay:
$70.00 - 85.00 Hr.
