Truck Dealership Parts Order Desk

Southwest International Trucks is hiring a personable and detail orientated Parts Order Desk in our Dallas, Texas dealership. The Parts Order Desk will have a full-time schedule, with access to full benefits and company incentives.

Parts Order Desk Responsibilities:

• Create/receive parts orders for different accounts
• Send order information to store managers
• Inform parts salesmen of any backorders, cancelled parts, price discrepancies etc.
• Review and edit daily stock orders (quantities, prices, and part number changes)
• Edit part information on computer system (Karmak)
• Respond to business customers quickly and coordinate orders with multiple suppliers across various locations
• Assist the Parts Managers as needed

Parts Order Desk Requirements:

• Tech Savvy and intermediate skills with computers; must be able to enter data accurately and quickly
• MUST be very organized and able to act with a sense of urgency to resolve issues
• Very good verbal, listening and written communication skills to be used when coordinating within the Parts Ordering team
• High School diploma or equivalent

Parts Order Desk Preferred Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English
• Accounting experience
• Experience in the Heavy-Duty Parts Industry highly desired

Parts Order Desk Compensation:

• Pay depending on experience and background
• Full access to benefits package outlined below

Parts Order Desk Schedule and Hours:

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
