• Strong verbal and written skills; able to carry on a business conversation with clients and decision makers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide first class customer service to clients over phone, email, fax, and walk-ins.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, making sure projects are on-time and maintaining high-quality.
• Helps as needed with reports, close-out, invoices, and required paperwork.
• Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues.
