**Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing an excellent dining experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly

- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently

- Provide menus and relay accurate information about menu items

- Collaborate with servers to ensure prompt service

- Maintain a tidy reception area and assist in setting up the dining room

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry

- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably TOAST POS

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations

- Experience in a hotel or food service environment is a plus
