Job Overview:
We are seeking a Motel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our motel. Must have experience with Wyndhams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the motel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly
- Supervise and train staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory levels and quality standards
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to maximize profitability
- Implement and enforce safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of culinary operations, banquet services, cash handling, and food service industry
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to kitchen hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
