We are looking for a long-term, seasoned Patient Sales Coordinator to join our amazing team!

Our talented, in-demand board-certified facial plastic surgeon is well known for personalized first-class care and outstanding results. He is committed to excellence and looking for a professional to represent him.

You MUST have experience within the plastic surgery industry. There will be no exceptions.

Here is a short list of what will be expected from you in this position:

#1 Increase consultation conversion rates

#2 Increase sales

#3 Follow up with those who did not convert to a procedure

#4 Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports with stats.

#5 Ask happy patients for reviews and referrals

#6 Consult with new patient, giving them a five star experience.

#7 Be open to additional training and coaching

#8 Be the doctors right hand man.

#9 Insurance pre authorization and coding (a plus, but not required)

#10 Cross-training between front office

#11 Be happy and enjoy this amazing position!

#12 increase social media engagement.

#13 Strong familiarity with facial plastics and medical spa services.

Be Extraordinarily Organized:

You must have the ability to constantly establish and maintain organizational systems, patient files and records, as well as process and organize email inboxes, and handle incoming phone calls, emails, text from prospective patients wanting to schedule consultations as well as current patients needing assistance.

Have Excellent & Professional Communication Skills:

You must be able to respond professionally in person, in writing and on the phone to cash-paying cosmetic patients expecting excellent service. You have the ability to write, proof, and edit letters, emails and proposals that enhance our professional image.

Be Highly Attentive, Pro-Active & Resourceful:

You must be alert and anticipate the surgeon’s needs (in advance) in all areas of the practice. For example, ensuring the patient shows up for their consultation and is well educated on the surgeon’s reputation, surgeon is well versed about the patient’s wants, photos are taken, etc.

Quick Learner and Tech Savvy:

You must be familiar with technology such as Microsoft Office Suite and have used an EMR computer system in the past.

Requirements:

· Strong sales and customer service skills.

· You MUST have experience in the plastic surgery industry and have knowledge of procedure terminology, insurance coding and preauthorization. Patients look to you as their guide from the beginning to end of the process, so it is essential that you can answer their questions.

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred

· Have experience working with EMR programs

90 Day Probationary Period

Compensation: $52k Bonuses
