NOW HIRING: Lead RN Manager

Responsibilities of a Lead RN Manager:

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and trainings to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical decision-making and professional development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.

Qualifications of a Lead RN Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New Jersey.
• With previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Previous LTC experience
