What we are looking for:

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation from the initial case assessment through trial or settlement.

Duties:

- Write legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals

- Litigate cases in court

- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various litigation matters

- Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

- Construction litigation experience is a must

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar where practicing law

- Proven experience in civil litigation

- Strong legal drafting skills

- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Prior experience in legal administrative tasks is a plus
