Property Management Pros, LLC is seeking a PART-TIME maintenance pro to manage maintenance items on properties around the Verona, WI area.

Are you handy? Do you have experience in the trades? Do you enjoy a variety of projects? Are you the jack of all trades…almost? Are you looking for supplemental work 1-2 day a week? Responsibilities may include:

• Interior and exterior walk-throughs to create maintenance lists
• Small repairs and improvements
• Carpentry and trim repairs
• Lawn care, such as mowing and pruning
• Tree trimming and removal
• Property turnovers
• Painting
• Junk removal
• Installing door hardware
• Drywall repairs
• Removing carpet and flooring
• Demolition
• Coordinating other subcontractors
• Installing appliances
