Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, install, and repair machinery, equipment, and systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly
- Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Electrical expertise to work on electrical systems
- Experience in supervising maintenance staff
- Strong leadership skills to guide a team effectively
- Customer service orientation to address maintenance issues promptly
