802 Subaru is Hiring a Customer Service Manager Near Berlin, VT

Welcome to 802 Subaru! We are one of the largest Subaru dealerships in Vermont and are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager for our Sales department! We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, and amazing teammates!

Pay for this position will range from $20-$28/hour depending on experience and performance in the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive inbound calls and emails for our sales department
  • Place follow-up calls and emails to customers
  • Represent our dealership in a friendly and professional manner at all times
  • Maintain efficient and detailed records of contacts and appointments in customer retention management system
  • Answers customer inquiries and fulfill requests
  • Additional duties as needed
