Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Supervisor to join our team. The Staff Supervisor will oversee and support staff in the client monitoring department. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills and experience in program management and budgeting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff working with clients
- Interview, hire, and train staff
- Conduct administrative tasks related to staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Ensure compliance with all procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with a diverse team
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of scheduling and staffing center needs
