Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement soccer training programs for players of all ages and skill levels
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
- Teach proper techniques for passing, shooting, dribbling, and defending
- Organize and lead team practices, scrimmages, and games
- Provide feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance
- Create a positive and supportive environment that fosters teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and games
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a soccer coach or player is preferred
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and coaching techniques
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
