A Compassionate Part-Time Nanny Needed for an Adorable Toddler in West Chester, OH (45069)

A professional family of three located in West Chester, OH (45069) is seeking a part time nanny for their 16 month-old son. He is curious, active, likes to smile and play, and he has a very pleasant personality. He is a lot of fun! This role is ideal for someone who has a good understanding of childhood development, and what is developmentally appropriate for young children, and for a candidate who is committed to fostering a safe environment.This individual’s responsibilities will include all aspects of child-related tasks and some light housekeeping. One parent works from their home office and is willing to offer an interruption free environment for the nanny to practice and be engaged with their son. This family is looking for a candidate who can commit at least a year. A candidate who is responsible, gentle and who knows how to address a toddler's needs will fit right in.

Nanny’s responsibilities include Planning fun and educational activities for the toddler, taking the toddler for walks and playing outside, Documenting the toddler's daily activities, including meals, diapers, and naps, Ensuring the toddler's safety at all times, Feeding, diapering, bathing, and following an age-appropriate nap schedule, Providing one-on-one care and fostering a trusting, emotional bond with the toddler, Cleaning up after the toddler, including washing cups, eating utensils, and toys, Keeping the toddler's play areas cleaned and tidy.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of paid childcare experience (Preferably with infants), CPR, and First Aid certification, Covid Vaccinated, Non-smoker (does not use tobacco of any kind including e-cigarettes). Authorized to work in the U.S, Reliable transportation, Valid driver’s license, Car insurance, Must have a clean background check. Must be honest, responsible, proactive, reliable and punctual. Must have high attention to details, positive attitude and strong morals and character and must respect family values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to communicate effectively with both the parents and the child, Ability to take and provide feedback, Ability to form a strong bond with the baby and patiently play with him, and ability to sooth him in a timely manner.

PAY: UP to $25 per hour DOE

SCHEDULE: 24 hours guaranteed

Monday: 08:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m.

Tuesday: 08:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m.

Wednesday:08:30 a.m. to 04:30 p.m.

BENEFIT:

$100 Health Insurance Stipend per month

6 days of PTO/Sick days per year

START DATE: March 4th
