BAKERY OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure operational goals are met
- Purchasing weekly ingredients from various vendors.
- Working occasional Saturdays.
- Monitor ingredient pricing
- Manage weekly order schedule with Sales Team for efficient production.
- Manage employee schedules and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Proven experience in project management and profit loss analysis
- Strong strategic planning abilities to drive business success
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies
- Excellent sales and business development acumen
