Associated Tasks
- Vacuum carpeted areas and spot clean when needed
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and public areas
- Empty trash and recycle receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensure that receptacles are kept clean and free of smells
- Clean, dust, and polish furniture, fixtures, floors, and other hard to reach areas with appropriate cleaning supplies
- Perform interior window, mirrors, and glass cleaning ensure they are free of streaks
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Inform property manager of anything that is broken or not functioning correctly so that the issue is resolved promptly
- Stock and Maintain cleaning supplies
- Loads and unloads equipment and tools into work vehicles
- Follows written and verbal instructions from the property manager
- Follow safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Proven cleaner experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Valid Driver License
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. for short periods of time
- Must be physically capable of performing 8 hours of physical work each day
- Self-starter with the ability to maintain focus while working individually
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Possess a strong attention to detail
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Strong time management skills and Interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
