We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Showroom Manager specializing in Slab Stone to join our team in New Jersey. As the Showroom Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art slab stone showroom, creating an exceptional experience for our clients.

An importer, distributor, and retailer of stone, porcelain, and tiles, established in 1950, the company celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2020, a milestone for a family-owned company. Today, the company owns and operates facilities in Montreal, Quebec City, Brossard, Toronto, Vaughan, Mississauga, Detroit, New York, and Atlanta.

Well known for its impressive selection of stone and porcelain slabs, a variety of tiles, and custom mosaics many of which are exclusive.

Our customers enjoy access to the best and latest global stone and tile products, skilled artisans who work with the industry’s top technology, and helpful experts to assist with selecting, designing, and installing our products.

Responsibilities:

Showroom Operations: Manage and optimize the daily operations of the slab stone showroom, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience.

Customer Engagement: Provide expert guidance to clients in the selection of slab stone products, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of showroom professionals, fostering a positive work environment, providing training, and ensuring the team is well-prepared to meet customer needs.

Sales Management: Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets, identify opportunities for upselling, and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and product knowledge. Demonstrate a deep understanding of slab stone products and applications.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and organized. Collaborate with relevant teams to create eye-catching product displays.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, monitor competitors, and provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance overall showroom efficiency.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
