Job Summary:

The Move Consultant Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing tailored moving solutions. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their moving needs, and offering services that best meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Engagement:
• Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
• Conduct in-home or virtual surveys to understand clients' moving requirements.
• Present and explain moving services and solutions to clients.
• Provide accurate and timely quotes based on clients' needs.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the move.
• Coordination and Planning:
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of moving services.
• Communicate client requirements and special instructions to the operations team.
• Monitor and follow up on the status of scheduled moves.
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the sales manager.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or relocation industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
