Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Scribe/Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians to accurately document patient encounters in real-time.

Duties:
- Accurately document patient history, physical examination, procedures, and treatment plans as directed by the physician
- Transcribe medical orders
- Assist with coding and billing
- Ensure all medical records are complete and accurate
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

-Check in patients, measuring/reporting vital signs

-Perform basic lab tests and EKGs

-Answer phones as needed

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Physiology knowledge
- Anatomy knowledge
- Medication administration
- Coding experience
- Strong patient care skills
- Familiarity with X-Ray procedures
- Basic life support certification
- Knowledge of family medicine practices

-Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
