Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping Clerk. As a Shipping Clerk at Global CNC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate packing and shipping of all packages. In addition to handling shipping tasks, you will also be involved in supporting inventory control efforts and other related duties.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and securely pack all products for domestic and international shipments.
• Generate shipping labels and ensure accurate documentation for all outgoing packages.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.

Inventory Control:

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report any discrepancies to the inventory control team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient stock replenishment

Shipping Duties:

• Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain the shipping area for optimal efficiency.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding shipping-related matters.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards before packing and shipping.
• Report any damaged or defective items promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping and inventory control is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of varying weights.
• Familiarity with shipping software and tools.
