Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care and Assessment:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic tests, to assist in regenerative and diagnostic wellness evaluations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs and goals.
• Administer treatments and therapies related to regenerative and diagnostic wellness procedures.
• Educate patients about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques, providing them with the knowledge and tools to actively participate in their healthcare journey.

2. Procedure Assistance and Support:

• Assist physicians and healthcare providers in performing regenerative and diagnostic wellness procedures, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for procedures, ensuring their cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to infection control protocols.
• Monitor patients during procedures, assessing their well-being and providing immediate care or interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to document procedure outcomes and patient responses accurately.

3. Patient Advocacy and Support:

• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met throughout their healthcare journey.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families, addressing their concerns, and offering guidance and resources.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to facilitate additional support services for patients as needed.
• Actively participate in patient education initiatives, providing information about regenerative and diagnostic wellness practices and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.

4. Documentation and Quality Assurance:

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, medications, and procedures according to regulatory and clinic standards.
• Adhere to quality assurance measures, infection control protocols, and safety guidelines specific to regenerative and diagnostic wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and outcome measurements to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, research, and best practices in regenerative and diagnostic wellness nursing, incorporating evidence-based approaches into patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.
• In-depth knowledge of regenerative medicine, diagnostic wellness practices, and related nursing procedures.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with patients and their families.
