PALS is a family owned and operated company supporting adults with disabilities. Our members live in 4-bed Adult Family Homes. We are located on the west side of Eau Claire. We are active owners and provide excellent quality of care.

Are you new to the caregiving profession? Or, are you experienced and you need a slower paced environment? We have worked hard to create an environment that is less taxing physically and behaviorally. We have an excellent team of dependable and caring employees.

Job duties include cooking, cleaning, documentation, medication management, behavior monitoring and management, mental health monitoring, positive communication with co-workers and members, ability to listen and give empathy while creating safe boundaries. Some medical intervention is needed but this home requires no lifting or excessive personal cares. Time to rest on the overnight shift.

Positions: Every Other Weekend is required

1. Every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3p-7a Semi-awake overnight

2. Fri, 3p-7a, Sat 9p-7a and Sun 9p-7a. (Semi-awake overnight)

3. Every other Saturday and Sunday 7a-3p.

Wage is $13-15/awake. $10/hr semi-awake.

We are a small company so we take pride in an organized, caring, and positive environment for our members and staff.

Wage based on experience. No experience, that's okay! Skills needed: detail oriented, good communicator, team player, and positive attitude. CNA not needed. All training done 1:1 on site.
