Position Summary:

Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified Sales Support Representative to support the growth of our Power Generation Equipment Sales channel. We are looking for a dynamic and solutions driven candidate with a passion for keeping projects on task after a sale has been completed. Our ideal candidate has high attention to detail, is organized, enjoys multi-tasking, and can communicate in a professional manner.

Our Sales Support team is responsible for project oversight from order entry through equipment delivery, installation, and commissioning. This role involves interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders and requires managing several moving project parts simultaneously. The Sales Support Representative may also be responsible for various sales administrative roles such as quoting, billing and inventory management.

Clifford Power Systems, Inc. is a privately held corporation currently supporting 180 employees in 9 offices across our footprint. This support includes providing standby power solutions for capital equipment purchase, leasing equipment, maintenance and repair of generator power systems and parts purchases. Essential Job Functions:

• Provide sales and customer service support in a timely manner.
• Work with Outside Sales Representatives to assist with customer needs
• Managing project progress, track orders, and monitor job cost
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Work with Service Departments to coordinate start-ups for new installations
• Provide assistance with estimating/quoting/billing as needed
• Work with Generac factory to place, track, and modify orders
• Work with flatbed freight, common carriers, and hot shot providers to coordinate deliveries

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as inside sales support, project manager, customer service, or similar role
• Basic knowledge of diesel and natural gas engine generators or electrical knowledge is a strong plus
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite, ability to learn company software, and navigate customer and vendor websites
• Clear, effective communication, active listening, and the ability to convey complex information
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously while remaining organized and keeping attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

This position will be working primarily indoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time.

The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching.

Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to closed forms. are in search of an example position to join our general team. The ideal candidate for this position would oversee generic tasks such as email, paperwork, and organizational needs. This position is Full-Time Monday through Friday 8-5 at our Tulsa office.
