SERVERS La Cour is actively seeking exceptional and qualified SERVERS for our Highland Village restaurant. We seek stylish, enthusiastic, and genuine individuals to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be naturally creative and charismatic with a dynamic personality and a strong sense of urgency and organization. We seek individuals who possess a true sense of warmth and have inherent abilities to hustle.

QUALIFICATIONS

*Quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude * Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience * Attention to cleanliness and food safety * Patience and guest-oriented approach * Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude * Responsible and trustworthy

REQUIREMENTS

* You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our guests’ experiences * Server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, *Presenting menus, and serving food and beverages * Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract *customers * Prepare restaurant tables * Attend to customers upon entrance * Present restaurant menus and help guests select food/beverages * Take and serve orders * Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products * Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff * Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude * Issue bills and accept payment

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $3.50 - $7.25/hour.
