What we need:

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for independent day-to-day management of complex web application development and software and data integration projects. The Technical Project Manager work with a cross-functional team to define project approach, scope, cost, and time parameters. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of stakeholders, technologies, and processes. They should be comfortable managing high volume projects and will not be distracted by the need to frequently shift contexts in order to address varied issues and technical environments.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the Account lead to drive the on-time, on-budget delivery of complex enterprise integration and development projects
  • Create and manage project-related documents including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
  • Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task and identify when each task will be performed and by what role(s)
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assists with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project
  • Facilitate discussions throughout the project lifecycle to ensure it is meeting technical requirements and specifications.
  • Communicate expectations and project status to both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders
  • Daily interaction with internal, client and partner technology teams.
  • Identify risks and technical challenges and develop mitigation strategies to minimize any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring that changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years of implementing enterprise applications for large enterprises with at least one global implementation
  • 3 years of demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule
  • Experience providing cross-functional project leadership and support across multiple teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience in identifying and reviewing business and technical requirements
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired
