Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out patient efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Handle Patient complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in order entry, data entry, and using office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
